The Jurassic mural at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History is more than 2 stories tall, and is composed of more than 60 individual printed panels showing Karen's painted image.

Installation of this giant mural, and of the others at the Sam Noble, required a specially trained crew and a small fleet of high-rise construction equipment.

Awarded first prize...
in the Concurso Internacional de Ilustração de Dinossauros!

Karen's "Jurassic Landscape" entry in the Concurso Internacional de Ilustração de Dinossauros was awarded first prize, in judging of more than 50 entries from 33 artists in 10 countries.

Karen's Ancient Life Series for The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History was selected in juried competition to appear in the Communication Arts annual illustration issue. Images are selected by a juried panel from among thousands of entries worldwide.
