Most of Karen's murals are used to show animals and habitats together, but some circumstances call for something less, just an environment without animals. This mural, done for The Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology in Drumheller, Alberta, Canada, shows a section of a tree fern forest from the upper Paleozoic.
