Insects
There are more than 900,000 species of insects in the world, and Karen's recent work on the Audubon Insectarium gave her the chance to show these amazing creatures off in massive scale: Her four murals for the Insectarium in New Orleans total more than 5,000 square feet and make visitors "bug-sized" viewers in the hidden world of insects.
This gallery is sorted in geologic order, with images from the most recent periods first. Click on any thumbnail image for a larger view.
